Free Support During COVID-19

What we are offering:

• Up to Free 3-Months of Remote Support to businesses that are affected by the COVID-19 epidemic and “Stay at home” order from the New Mexico Department of Health.
• On-site support included for businesses classified as “Essential” from the NMDH order. (Essential Business Classifications)
• No long term agreement – Agreement is for 3 months or when NMDH releases, barrs or lifts the “stay at home order”. (more info)
• 8×5 Support during 4Leet Business Hours 9am – 5pm M-F
• Offer Only Available for New Clients.

What we need from you in order to provide efficient support:

• Usernames and Passwords for Servers, Network Equipment, Workstations and any IT related documentation you may have on hand.
• List of line of business applications your company uses that are hosted on-site. (Financial Applications, CRM applications, etc.)
• List of all employees including first and last name, email addresses, mobile (if available)
• Install our remote access application to servers, local workstations and remote worker computers.
