Marketing Product Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Product Manager will assist in the management, development and implementation of marketing activities for 4Leet and will interface with the Marketing team under the direction of the Marketing Manager/Director in order to ensure project completion in a manner that meets deadlines, expectations, and budget. The Product Manager will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other departments to drive the campaigns, programs, displays, shows and events that excite the Partners, Prospects and Clients of 4Leet to meet their business goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional activities under the direction of the Marketing Manager
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
Work with the Marketing Manager to manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Monitor and review marketing activity, campaigns and results under your discretion
Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
Work with Sales and Marketing Teams to develop pricing and marketing strategy
Work with the Marketing Manager in the Direction of the Marketing Specialists, Associates, and Creative team on projects and Activities

Implementing, and facilitating annual marketing strategies for the organization.
Manage brand integrity throughout company, particularly ensuring integrated marketing communication across all mediums
Contribution to the creation of the annual road map and marketing calendar, including developing specific and measurable marketing objectives
Supporting and facilitating development and execution of marketing plans
Translating business department objectives and strategies to prepare brand portfolio objective, plans, strategies to facilitate the growth of business unit.
Negotiating with agents, event executives and media to secure correspondences for translating materials into any other media.
Developing promotional materials, which include marketing print and collateral copies.
Assisting in strategic plans for client demonstrations, presentations, displays, etc.
Administering and keeping current all marketing database that includes prospect and client information, access to financial documents and reports, applications of mailing list, etc.
Developing and delivering insightful strategies and presentations to the Marketing Manager
Education and Experience
University degree in business or marketing, or equivalent professional qualification
Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
Technical marketing skills and program-tool use
Proven experience in customer and market research
Relevant product and information technology industry knowledge
Experience with relevant software applications, mass email and lists tools
