Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist Corporate Sales Team with the following:
Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up calls
Complete Sales Team Expense reports on a monthly basis
Print and prepare presentations and proposals
Organize conference rooms for presentations according to Sales Process and Protocol
Maintain Activity Points Quota records
Take all Google Pay Per Click Calls, and Follow Sales Process
Attend any daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings with Sales Manager and/or CEO

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assign Marketing resources in ConnectWise as applicable when new tickets are sent to the 4Leet Marketing and Events boards after determining the urgency of the request with the Marketing Manager.
Collect additional information from individuals who submit tickets on the Markeing and Events board to determine the full nature of the ticket.
Insert Required Date into new ConnectWise tickets to correspond to appropriate SLAs.
Input tasks for ConnectWise tickets that require more than one action item.
Monitor existing ConnectWise tickets and alert team members when a ticket is stagnant or close to a deadline.
Close tickets when a team member informs you that work is complete.
Take notes during morning and afternoon huddles, and updated ConnectWise tickets accordingly.
Input Track pacing and content provided by the Marketing team into ConnectWise.
Organize files from the Internal Site into folders by department.
Note all duplicate files and delete them
Format documents as requested. Match the 4Leet templates when a team member provides you with a document. Ensure consistency amongst documents.
Interact with management team and work on a variety of projects to continually strengthen corporation.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Product Manager will assist in the management, development and implementation of marketing activities for 4Leet and will interface with the Marketing team under the direction of the Marketing Manager/Director in order to ensure project completion in a manner that meets deadlines, expectations, and budget. General Summary:

A 4Leet RMM Technician is responsible for responding to and resolving BDR RMM Alerts. This includes following a set a Standard Response Protocols (SRP) for various types of alerts to ensure the continued operation and performance of 4Leet's Backup and Disaster Recovery Appliances.

These BDR Appliances are installed throughout the Southwest Region with monitoring and remediation of problems performed by the 4Leet RMM team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

A RMM Technician, under supervision, will respond to and resolve BDR RMM Alerts. Depending on the type of Alert, this may require remotely accessing the BDR to perform troubleshooting and remediation or it may require email and/or phone communication with partners, in the event remote remediation is not successful. As such, excellent communication skills with and the ability to present a confident and professional presence through the phone is essential.

Each RMM Technician is expected to take responsibility for their assigned tickets and work them through to completion following our Standard Response Protocols (SRP). This includes follow-up and potential escalation of unresolved tickets.

It is imperative that new tickets are reviewed and responded to throughout the day and that ‘check-in’ and ‘backup failure’ tickets are prioritized.

Specific Duties:

- install and configure 4Leet BDR
- troubleshoot offline BDR
- troubleshoot failed backup jobs
- troubleshoot failed collapses
- troubleshoot low disk space issues
- troubleshoot failed Head Start Restores
- troubleshoot failed Test Virtualizations/Verifications

The NOC Engineer Level I is responsible for managing and maintaining our end client’s networks. Ensuring client satisfaction and quieting their networks are essential in this position.
